Ruscombe Parish Council – Regulation 121B Monitoring Report 2020 2021

A Local Council must use CIL receipts passed to it to support the development of the local council’s area, by funding—

(a) the provision, improvement, replacement, operation or maintenance of infrastructure; or

(b) anything else that is concerned with addressing the demands that development places on an

area.

The Local Council will be required to publish the following report on its website or on the website of the Borough Council. The report should be published no later than 31st December following the reported year.
